Admissions and Tuition Information
Tuition
Holy Family Academy adheres to the “Cost-Based-Needs-Based” tuition model. Under this model, tuition is set at or near the full cost of an education at our school. Tuition rates for the 2012-2013 school year can be found in the Holy Family Academy Tuition attachment. Tuition assistance is available to all Holy Family Academy students who have registered with the school and paid a one-time, non-refundable $950 per family fee AND who are registered and active members of Holy Family Church, are in good academic and financial standing with Holy Family Academy, and who prove a need by submitting the required documentation through TADS. The use of TADS allows confidential, accurate tuition management.
Enrolling Your Child at Holy Family Academy begins by visiting TADS at: www.mytads.com/a/holyfamilyacademy
(You come to a login screen where you will need to create a new account)
New family enrollment begins February 1. Children seeking enrollment in pre-kindergarten must be four years old by September 1 of the year they wish to enroll and children seeking enrollment in kindergarten must be five years old by September 1st of the year they wish to Enroll. There are two steps to enrolling.
- Visit www.mytads.com/a/holyfamilyacademy and choose: "2012-2013 School Year". On the next screen, select "creating a new account". This will lead you through the one-time admissions procedure. There is not a setup code. Admission is provisional until:
• All admission requirements have been met in full
• All records are received from the previous school attended
• The one-time per family, registration fee of $950 is paid in full (this will be applied to your tuition once the student is accepted). - Once admission is complete, you may begin the second step which is enrolling your child at Holy Family Academy. A link will be sent to the email listed as the primary email. You need to verify that all the information is accurate. This process must be done prior to applying for financial assistance.
Shadow Day
Grade 3-8 students are usually asked to spend one day in attendance at Holy Family Academy prior to enrollment - this is called a Shadow Day. The goal of Shadow Day is to determine if Holy Family Academy is the best fit for new students while offering them the opportunity to become familiar with our school environment. We will call you to schedule a Shadow Day after your Family Interview.
Notice of Non-Discriminatory Policy
Holy Family Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to all students at our school.
