3rd Grade Update: 5/10 - 5/14

For this week's writing assignment we will be compiling letters to the "Rajan" family.  The Rajans are the family that HFA sponsors in India.  Mrs. Sabol has spoken with the 3rd graders about the plight of the Rajans and how they desperately need our prayers and support.  We can't send 28 individuals letters due to the complications of translating, so we'll combine aspects of several of the students letters to create a "shared letter'.

Writing Assignment:"Letter to the Rajans" - Tues/Bullets, Weds/Rough Draft, Fri/Final Copy

Math: Lessons; 108 - 110, Test Friday

Science: Chapter 13 "Electricity and Magnets" Mon - Review, Test - Tuesday; Weds - start "Heat, Light and Sound"

History: start "The Thirteen Colonies"

Religion: Chapter: #27 "God's Family on Earth"- Test Friday

Specials: "P.E." - Weds & Fri.; "Spanish" - Mon, Wed, and Thurs; "Music" - Tues and Fri: Art and Library - Fri
