March 8-12
Mill City Museum
Friday, March 12, 2010 the 4th and 5th grade students will be going to the Mill City Museum. We will leave at 10:00 and return about 2:00. We will be doing some touring, some baking, and some exploring. It should be a great trip. The students should bring a small snack to eat before we leave, and a lunch with beverage in disposable containers. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about the trip.
Poetry Wednesday
The 4th graders have been working very hard to prepare their poem. It will be presented in the church after Mass on Wednesday. I hope some of you will be able to hear us.
Math Facts
Memorizing math facts is an important concern as we move into longer division problems and two and three step story problems. The students must know those basic math facts (up to 10's in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). We will be working on this in Math 4. If there is anything I can get for you to help your child studyat home, please let me know. Thanks for your help in this matter.
