May 3 - 7

This week in Fifth Grade:

We will be celebrating May Crowning at Mass on Monday, May 3.  The students are asked to bring a flower to school for Holy Mary.

On Monday, we will get to enjoy the hard work of our classmates as we present our oral Historical reports to each other and share our displays.  We hope you can join us for the Academic Fair on Thursday, May 6.

The Fifth Grade will present the poem, It Couldn't Be Done after Mass on Wednesday, May 5.

Religion-  Our Religion topic this week is, The Mystical Body. The students need to know the 7 Sacraments by Thursday. 

Science-  We will be learning about Energy in Science.

English/Reading-  We will conclude our lessons on pronouns.  80 Reading minutes are due on Friday.

Writing-  We will finish the final copy of our all school writing project, The Holy Priesthood.

Spelling-  Unit 32 Spelling book pages are due on Thursday.  Unit 32 Spelling Test is on Friday. 

Math-  Lessons 106-110.
