April 26, 2010 Monday Check Powerschool for Grades

Just a reminder to check powerschool for grades.  In order to continue with Course 3 Math next year, the student must pass with a grade of 73% in Quarter 4.

Homework with making corrections is essential for success.  The students have plenty of opportunities to seek assistance during the school hours from several Math teachers. Also, Math tutors are available during the summer to review skills.

In Literature, the students are reading the book Redwall and have been required to write a paragraph summary for each chapter .  The students have the opportunity to improve their sentence structure, grammar usage, spelling, and vocabulary.
