¡Feliz Día de Acción de Gracias a Todos!
(Happy Thanksgiving to All!)
Give thanks to our Lord for all the gifts on earth!
Since I was born in Argentina, I did not grow up celebrating Thanksgiving. Nevertheless, when my husband and I moved to the USA and started a family, we learned to love this celebration. While we do not celebrate the history of the Pilgrims, we have adopted the celebration of giving thanks and praising the Lord on Thanksgiving Day. Therefore, this holiday has become a family tradition where we thank God for all the blessings that we have received in this beautiful country. I wish all my students and their families a blessed Thanksgiving!
This week is really short. Our only day of Spanish classes is Monday where we will mostly review things we have learned.
