13. How should you prepare for Holy Communion?
1. I think of Jesus as I get ready to go to Church
2. I pray by joining my prayers with all the people at Mass
3. As the time to receive Jesus in Eucharist comes closer I think, "O Jesus, I believe in You. O Jesus I love You with all my heart. Come to me dear Jesus, I want so much to receive You." I ask Mother Mary to prepare my heart to receive Jesus.
14. How should you receive Holy Communion?
When it is almost my turn to receive Jesus, I can make a sign of reverence to Him by bowing. When it is my turn, I lift my head and look at the Host. The Priest or Eucharistic Minister will say, "Body of Christ," and then I say "Amen." I receive the Host and eat it.
15. What should you do after receiving Holy Communion?
1. I go back to my place and kneel down. I thank Jesus for having come to me. I tell Him I love Him.
2. I ask Him to help and bless me.
3. I ask Him to help my family and friends.
4. I can say a prayer to Mother Mary
