Family Lenten Prayer Calendar

During Lent, Holy Family Academy staff and students pray for our families each day school is in session.  Please join us in praying for each other during the holy season of Lent that we may all draw closer to Christ through prayers, sacrifices and alms giving.  The Family Lenten Prayer Calendar can be viewed here or you may print the attachment under Parent Resources, Resources/Forms.   Top

SAVE THE DATE: Track and Field Day

Save the Date: Our ever-popular Track & Field Day will be held on Friday, May 28.  More information will be coming home soon, but we are asking parents to consider volunteering for this event.  We will need volunteers for the morning, the afternoon and all day.  You can contact Elizabeth Hessian, Track & Field Volunteer Coordinator, to sign up.  Your willingness to help drives the success of the event. The cost for the day will be $4 per student or $15 max per family; additional funds are welcome to help those families who can not pay. Money is due March 1st.   Top

Updating Alert Now Information

Our school relies heavily on the Alert Now system to communicate quickly and effectively with our families.  To help us in this, it is key that we have up-to-date phone and email information for every family.  Please be sure to notify us, with an email to tzangel@hfamn.org, of any changes in home phone numbers, cell phone numbers, or email addresses.  Thanks!   Top

 Adorers Needed

There are a number of hours in the Adoration Chapel during the school day that currently do not have a regular adorer.  If you have been thinking about making a regular Holy Hour, this is a great opportunity.  The hourly coordinators for the Chapel are able to find subs if there are days you need to stay home with sick kids, or have other conflicts. At present there are six hours without a committed adorer in our Adoration Chapel.  We are appealing to all moms, dads, and families to consider joining the ranks of committed adorers.  The need is especially great now as some of our elderly are no longer able to drive to Church for their hour and a few committed adorers have moved away.  Available times are: Mon. both 10 and 11 am, Tues. 4 pm, Thurs. 1 pm and 4 pm and Fri at 11 pm.  Some people “share” an hour and are scheduled every other week.  We are willing to help you find a time that meets your needs.  We know that Jesus will richly bless you as He cannot be outdone in generosity.  Call Jim or Mary Glover at 763-533-0423 if you are interested.  Top
