Holy Family Academy is charged a fee for every purchase made on-line through PayPal; fiscal prudence requires that we not absorb this extra expense. One way to do this is to raise the price of things enough to cover PayPal fees; the other is to simply have those that use PayPal pay for the service. We have chosen the later and are asking families that use Holy Family Academy PayPal to pay an annual $30 registration fee for the use of the service.

Registering to pay for items on-line through PayPal provides many benefits, including:

• Ease in paying for the many things that come up throughout the school year including: field trips, lunch money, sport registration fees, yearbooks, track and field, spirit wear, etc. No more checks or mad dashes to get cash to pay for something.
• Ease in family record-keeping:
        ° You will receive email confirmations every time you make a purchase.
        ° You can access your order history at any time - no more questions about whether you have paid for your child’s field  
           trip, sport fees, hot lunch, etc.
• Both Mrs. Zangel and our accounting department will be notified when your purchase is complete so it can instantly be recorded. No lost envelopes, checks, and cash on the way to school or to the office.
